MentiSphere as infrastructure for the real economy
MentiSphere connects artificial intelligence, distributed computing, financial settlement and the physical execution environment into a single network where intellectual work is converted into measurable economic value.
Why AI needs a new institutional layer
Artificial intelligence is moving beyond dialogue. It is beginning to work with data, services, payments, devices and external environments. Without an institutional layer, however, its actions remain opaque: it is unclear who granted authority, who bears responsibility, how the result is recorded, and how intellectual work becomes a legally and economically meaningful action.
No stable model of responsibility
An autonomous system may participate in decision-making, but law and economics require an identifiable subject, defined authority, an action log and a mechanism for assigning responsibility.
No unified execution environment
AI can generate an answer, but turning that answer into action requires data, infrastructure, devices, operators, payments and result control.
No transparent economy for AI work
The contribution of models, compute nodes, data operators and infrastructure must be measured, valued and distributed among participants.
No trusted separation between human and machine
The user, agent, model and device must be separated by identity, authority and responsibility; otherwise, the risk of subject substitution arises.
Artificial intelligence as an industrial asset
MentiSphere treats artificial intelligence not as a standalone digital service, but as a productive asset. Investment in models, compute infrastructure, data and the execution environment is returned through useful work in the real sector.

Robotics and IoT
Command generation for autonomous devices, drones, sensors, industrial robots and other end devices in the execution environment.
How MentiSphere creates value
In MentiSphere, value is not created only when the final result is delivered. The entire cycle becomes economically significant: request formalization, hypothesis competition, scenario selection, action execution, result recording and revenue distribution among network participants.
Request → hypotheses → scenario → action → revenue
Request
The user formulates the task, expected result, constraints and evaluation criteria. The request becomes the starting point for launching a session.
Hypotheses
Models and miners generate possible solutions. Hypotheses compete with one another, and their quality affects participant rewards and reputation.
Scenario
SyMind selects and refines the working scenario, aligning it with the user context, available resources and execution environment constraints.
Action
The scenario is converted into commands, calculations, documents, transactions or end-device actions in a physical or digital environment.
Revenue
The completed work receives an economic valuation. Rewards are distributed among the participants who contributed to the result.
Network memory
Results, logs, rejected hypotheses and confirmed actions enrich the network’s shared memory and improve the quality of subsequent decisions.
SyMind: an AI instance for a specific task
At rest, MentiSphere is a network of nodes, models, agents, data, compute resources and execution environment operators. When a user submits a request, the network assembles a temporary resource contour and launches SyMind — an artificial intelligence instance that supports the specific task until completion.
The network at rest
Nodes, models, agents and resources are available within the MentiSphere intranet, but they do not form a single active subject.
User request
The domain controller receives the request, formalizes it and launches the session process.
SyMind formation
SyMind emerges as a temporary AI instance for the task: it validates hypotheses, aligns the scenario and coordinates participants.
Execution
SyMind controls execution progress and records node contributions, costs, decisions and session events.
After the task is completed, SyMind ceases to exist as a session instance, while results and logs remain stored in the network accountability system.
MentiSphere network architecture
MentiSphere consists of specialized participants, each performing a specific function: receiving requests, providing computation, supplying data, ensuring liquidity, issuing documents, managing the execution environment or producing end devices. All participant actions are recorded and governed by Meta Domain rules.
Meta Domain
The regulatory and coordination layer of the network. It defines participation rules, policies, governance procedures, arbitration and ecosystem stability parameters.
Domain controllers
Gateways through which users interact with the network. They receive requests, formalize tasks, launch sessions and provide legal accountability.
Miners
Participants that provide compute capacity and generate hypotheses. Their contribution is accounted for through PoCoW and affects their reward.
Model providers
AI model developers, research groups, laboratories and universities providing algorithms and services.
External data providers
Sources of reliable data: weather data, schedules, indices, geolocation, telemetry and industry reference data.
Liquidity providers
Financial participants that provide settlement, liquidity, hedging, issuance and circulation of Mentisphere Assets.
Fiscal data operators
Participants that issue, store and provide source documents for tax, accounting and legal records.
Execution environment operators
Companies and infrastructure operators managing the physical space where scenarios are converted into actions.
End-device manufacturers
Manufacturers of robots, drones, autonomous vehicles, IoT networks and other devices capable of executing commands.
Users and resource owners
People and organizations that submit requests, provide resources, own assets and receive the results of network operations.
Two layers: machine and human
MentiSphere separates the internal interaction of AI agents from the external relationships of people and organizations. Inside the intranet, AI agents, models, nodes and network protocols operate. In the external layer, people, legal entities, contracts, documents, property rights and national legal systems apply.
Interaction inside the network, within the MentiSphere intranet, takes place exclusively between AI agents.
Machine layer
Inside the network, only AI agents interact. They execute requests, exchange data, generate hypotheses, use Mentis as the internal settlement unit and act within granted authority.
AI agents, SyMind, Mentis, PoCoW, Zero Code Proof, K-Factor, internal logs and session keys.
Human layer
People and organizations remain resource owners, beneficiaries, contracting parties and bearers of responsibility. Their rights and obligations are recorded through documents, Mentisphere Assets, contractual relations and national law.
Users, legal entities, domain controllers, Mentisphere Assets, source documents, SupplySecure, arbitration and national legal systems.
The machine layer executes; the human layer owns, decides and bears responsibility.
Trust, identity and responsibility
For artificial intelligence to participate in the economy, human actions, agent actions, model work and device execution must be separated. MentiSphere builds trust through session-based identification, wearable biometrics, digital trustees, action logs and a mechanism for assigning responsibility to specific participants.
Wearable biometrics
Biometric data is stored locally on the device and is not transmitted to external systems. Biometrics is used to confirm the participation of a real human.
Session-based identification
Network access is granted within a specific session. Authority is limited and can be revoked after the task is completed.
Action logging
The actions of participants, agents, models and nodes are recorded. This creates the basis for audit, incident investigation and responsibility allocation.
Digital trustees
Specialized participants verify the user’s identity and legal status, help initialize the biometric device and restore access.
Settlement, documents and arbitration
Executing a complex request may take days or weeks and involve multiple participants, costs and interim obligations. MentiSphere records these obligations, provides settlement, issues source documents and includes an arbitration mechanism for disputes.
SupplySecure
A transaction format that records obligations, guarantees settlement and reduces currency risk during long-running request execution.
Clearing
SyMind records offers, acceptances, costs and mutual obligations of participants, forming the settlement balance within the session.
Mentisphere Assets
An instrument for recording property claims and obligations between people and organizations in the external legal layer.
Source documents
Fiscal data operators issue and store documents required for accounting, tax and legal records.
Arbitration
After a session is completed, a protest window may open. If a dispute arises, the materials are transferred to the arbitration process.
Protection against abuse
MentiSphere is designed as an environment in which harmful activity is uneconomical, traceable and blocked at the architectural level. The network combines participant identification, multi-level filtering of requests and responses, economic sanctions and arbitration.
No anonymity inside the network
Participants and nodes are identified within the session. In the event of an incident, the source of distortion, an erroneous hypothesis or a harmful action can be established.
Filtering requests and hypotheses
Requests and responses are checked at multiple levels: personal agent, domain controller, model, SyMind and Meta Domain policies.
Economic rejection
Bad-faith hypotheses receive no reward, harmful scenarios are blocked, and confirmed violations may lead to sanctions.
Personal data protection
The user is not directly exposed to external services. Within the network, personal data is used only within the session and does not form a centralized accumulation model.
Social and talent value
MentiSphere creates a collaboration space for businesses, researchers, engineers, universities, startups, infrastructure operators and local communities. The network lowers barriers to complex technical systems and creates demand for new professional roles.
New professions
Network development creates demand for specialists in AI agents, distributed systems, security, cryptography, data, execution environments and robotics.
Access to complex systems
